Shannon Capaldi•Senior Consultant and Coach

Dr. Shannon Capaldi is adept in the practical application of various leadership, team, and communication theories to help leaders and managers at all levels achieve maximum effectiveness. With more than 10 years of higher education administration experience, Shannon has partnered with university presidents and senior leadership teams to lead institution-wide efforts in strategic planning, process improvement initiative implementation, change management projects, and team building.

Shannon earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communications from California State University, Fullerton and her doctorate in organizational leadership from the University of La Verne. She completed UC Berkeley's Executive Leadership Academy, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and is a certified facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.
