Customized Cluster Based Project

Plymouth State University is undergoing one of the most comprehensive academic and organizational changes being undertaken at any institution of higher education.  We are moving to a cluster based structure that integrates the academic and administrative process around 7 themed areas including:  Exploration and Discovery, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Arts and Technologies, Health and Human Enrichment, Justice and Security, Education Democracy and Societal Change, and Tourism, Environment and Sustainable Development.

In making this significant change, we sought a consulting firm with a broad range of experience as well as an outside perspective in academic settings across the country.  What we got was not just a consultant but an engaged partner with exceptional skills who has become as committed as we are and shared our vision.  Teibel Education Consulting was very helpful in meetings across the University, answering questions, pointing out challenges, listening to faculty and staff and providing feedback and guidance.  I have always used consultants with some reluctance, but with Howard Teibel and his team there is no second guessing.   We have found their involvement incredibly valuable in what is becoming a successful reinvention of our university.
